- Pendant: Starting gift. Also left at the Undead Parish altar if Petrus kills Reah.
- Dried Finger: Buy from the Undead Merchant in the Undead Burg for 2,000 souls (Remastered).
- Black Eye Orb: On Anastacia's corpse if Lautrec kills her after you free him.
- Dragon Head Stone: Gift for joining the Path of the Dragon at the Everlasting Dragon.
- Dragon Torso Stone: Offer 30 Dragon Scales to the Everlasting Dragon.
- Dragon Eye: Gift for joining the Path of the Dragon covenant.
- Blue Eye Orb: Gift for joining the Blade of the Darkmoon covenant.
- Red Eye Orb: Reward for reaching rank 1 in the Darkwraith covenant.
- White Sign Soapstone: Given by Solaire of Astora when you meet him in the Undead Burg.
- Red Sign Soapstone: At the top of the spiral stairs in a round tower in the Painted World.
- Book of the Guilty: Buy from Oswald of Carim in the Undead Parish for 1,000 souls.
- Servant Roster: Buy from Eingyi beside the Fair Lady for 500 souls.
- Silver Pendant (Artorias of the Abyss): In a chest behind an illusory wall in Oolacile Township that only shows under a light source.
- Purple Coward's Crystal (Artorias of the Abyss): Lying past Knight Artorias's arena: take the right-hand path after leaving it.
